Who we are

Material-Masters Limited, a company registered in [England and Wales, company number], registered office [address] ("we"). We decide how your details are used, so we are the controller. Contact: enquire@q-upid.com.

What we collect

• What you type in the enquiry form: name, email address, company (optional), topic and message.
• Your IP address and country, which come with every web request. We include them in the enquiry email so we can spot abuse.
• If you email us directly: your email address and what you write.

This site sets no cookies, has no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads its fonts from its own server, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties to display it.

Why, and on what legal basis

To read and answer your enquiry. Our basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us; that does not affect anything done before.

Who sees it

Staff at Material-Masters who handle enquiries. We use these services to run the site and receive your message, and they process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security and email delivery) and [our email provider]. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do we rely on [UK transfer mechanism, for example the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses]. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Up to [12] months after your last message, unless we are working together, in which case we keep what the work needs.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or give it to you in a portable format. Email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
